Project management and consultancy

Our certified staff use their own project management methodology based on the PMBoK © Project Management Institute (PMI ©) defined framework.
We provide consulting support for the implementation of the management model according to generally accepted standards and frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, APQC, BSC), or consultations on the implementation of information systems.

Turnkey software development

We have carried out a number of demanding projects, which focused on the creation and implementation of knowledge superstructures or other special systems – applications and customized solutions. We handled the entire implementation process from process-oriented, functional and data analysis, downstream development primarily within the J2EE platform, through implementation itself and subsequent development / maintenance.
